FCDEV3B bring-up status

Looks like I didn't pay attention to what is the true meaning of tmffs2
feature. Turns out it is mandatory feature which needs to be included, but
we need to choose the FFS driver version 1 vs 2 and that what tmffs1 vs
tmffs1 do.

Once added I was able to access FFS in Magnetite flashed in and Citrine
from xram load.

However still no joy. I have log file here for now and plan to flash
Citrine today, just to see if it makes any difference.

I will try to enable more traces to find out where does it die
