Status of TCS211 on C139

Yes, the simple and intuitive flash dump2bin command is indeed correct
and sufficient to produce a complete flash dump/backup on all targets
with a single bank of flash, which include the Freerunner's modem and
all of Mot C1xx.  The only exception is the Pirelli DP-L10 which has
two banks of flash, hence producing a complete dump/backup of its
flash requires two commands:

flash dump2bin flash1.bin
flash2 dump2bin flash2.bin

first untethered dumbphone firmware not made by that phone's hardware
manuf.
