Firmware bring-up status

I just wrote:

The first shows good behavior with TCS211 fw (I don't remember if I
made a test call in that one or not, IIRC I just established network
registration), the 2nd one shows the bogosity I was getting prior to
finding and fixing my earlier incorrect reconstruction of the code in
osx.c (look at the bogus second number after RXL_R), and the 3rd one
shows the current state of affairs: AT+COPS succeeded, but then
something not right afterward.
