I've given the recent discussion a bit more thought.

If freecalypso did develop in the direction of making the C139 a free end user phone, I would use it as my main (probably only) phone. As already mentioned though, I'd only be a very light user, although I'd be happy to run any sort of testing that would help you, within my level of competence.

I do think it's a great pity that doing the same work on the Pirelli would be a job too far beyond what's possible as I know that's the existing handset that you favour.

I hope I now sound to be a little less of a wet blanket than I did previously, but in the current state of the world I can't muster a lot of enthusiasm for any sort of cell phone.
