FCDEV3B header pinouts

Hello again everyone,

For those of you who are getting FCDEV3B boards from me, I have just
documented the header pinouts on the board:

ftp://ftp.freecalypso.org/pub/GSM/FreeCalypso/fcdev3b/

Look for the header-pinouts.* files; the available formats are troff
source, PostScript and PDF.

The recommended connections with FT2232D in both UART and JTAG
configurations are also documented.
