FCDEV3B bring-up status

Hi DS,

I will check cell_log with CMU200, it does generate BS signal, so I should
be able to catch it.

I followed calibration process for Margnetite and for Citrine I put my
custom values right into the source. Unless the CMU device I got is screwed
and gives me misleading numbers.
