Status of TCS211 on C139

Mychaela thanks, but I'm struggling to get started with this; I do:-

and that's it even after 5mins - I never get the loadtool prompt.

I tried on both my C139s with same result and with SIM both present and removed.

Are you able to say what is wrong?
