Universal Mot C1xx unlocker

Hello everyone,

The updated packaged release of FreeCalypso host tools is out:

The only change from fc-host-tools-r3 to fc-host-tools-r4 that is not
merely cosmetic and potentially of interest to more than just core FC
developers is the new universal Mot C1xx unlocker (still called tfc139,
but no longer limited to the TFC139 target); see the CHANGES file in
the top directory for the other changes which are quite unlikely to
affect or be noticed by ordinary users.
