rtl-sdr. SVEON STV27 works

Hello everyone,

For your informaqtion. My "SVEON 27" start working just adding it to
librtlsdr.c:

{ 0x1b80, 0xd3af, "SVEON STV27 DVB-T USB & FM" },


Aparently it has a F00013 tuner.  It is reported by lsusb as:

Bus 002 Device 004: ID 1b80:d3af Afatech
