Looks like your 3310 has a network lock. Are you sure that your phone is 
unlocked? You can test it with 2 different SIM cards for real networks 
and confirm that it is OK. DCT3 phones can be easily unlocked via IMEI.

The phone is not locked to any network. Its an unlocked phone. I have confirmed that.
