No r-gsm cell shown in mobile app

hi karsten,

if the sim stores the last network, the selection process will only scan 
cells until the last network is found. you can switch network selection 
to manual. this should trigger a complete search. if not there is a 
vty-command "network search" (iirc) to trigger complete search again.
